How to make a complaint

We hope you will not have cause to make a complaint. However, if you do, we will endeavour to put the matter right quickly. We will respond to any customer complaints as quickly as we can.
We try to describe each item as fully as possible. However, the specification of an item may change slightly over time.
Also the colours in the photographs may vary slightly from the original. We do try to make them as accurate as possible.
If your order hasn't arrived within a week please contact us and we will look into it. We usually advise you to enquire at your local sorting office as that is where packages usually get held up.
Quite frequently we get a parcel returned to us marked "not collected". It would appear that occasionally postmen take them back to the depot without leaving a card.
