How to cancel an order
|
You have the right to cancel your order from the time you place it until seven days after the goods have been received - starting from the day after you receive the goods. You only need to cancel the order within this time - the goods should be returned within 30 days and must be in their original condition. You will be responsible for the return postage. We will give you a full refund.
If an item is found to be damaged or faulty, we will either replace it or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which you prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty item from you before dispatching a new one.
If the item was incorrectly supplied or if we have made a mistake with your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will be given.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above.
