All the items we sell are licensed products from well known manufacturers. They are brand new, boxed or tagged. If you should have any cause for complaint please contact us straight away and we will do our best to put things right. If you are not happy with the item please let us know within seven working days of receiving it and we will give you a full refund including your postage as soon as we get it back. If we have sent the wrong item or it is faulty we will pay your return postage but not otherwise.
We aim to get all orders in the post within two working days but usually they are sent within 24 hours. We despatch most of them by Royal Mail first class post so that we can keep our delivery charges low. For international orders, goods are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. They seem to take about four days to get to Europe and six to eight days for the United States. However, at busy times and to certain places, they may well take longer.
We use a bio-degradable fill for packing as well as bubble wrap. This is to protect toys in boxes and musical toys. Normally, toys in tray boxes are wrapped in bubblewrap but we will be experimenting to see if we can use our corn eco-fill with recycled small cardboard boxes instead.
If you are not giving the toy as a present and intend to throw the box away then it will not need to be protected in the same way. This means we can use less packaging which is good for the environment and will also save you the bother of disposing of the excess packaging.
